Dalesauna have long held the view that the quality of any product is only as good as the strength of the after sales service offered and, as such, we employ nine fully qualified electricians who are placed geographically around the U.K. in order that they can respond promptly to service or warranty calls. In addition, a 'planned maintenance' facility is available which allows for pre-programmed service visits two or three times a year, once either during or outside of the equipment's warranty period.

The Dalesauna Service department offers a wide ran ge of facilities including:

  • Non-contract call-outs at reasonable rates
  • Individual tailored service contracts
  • Rapid emergency response
  • Water management analysis
  • Staff training in pool plant operation
  • COSHH training
  • List prices for spare parts
  • Telephone support for contract customers
  • Each engineer carries a van stock of the most commonly used parts to allow simple repairs to be carried out on the spot
