I just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with the delivery of our fabulous new spa facilities including the sauna, steam room, ice room and monsoon showers. Both the team from Dale Sauna (led by Andy) and our in-house team led by Gary have worked tirelessly and with mutual respect and understanding on both sides. All the staff from Dale Sauna have be great to deal with a credit to the company.

As we have worked with Dale Sauna for 20 years now, choosing them to install our new Himalayan Salt Sauna room proved to be the right decision, as the project was carried out with such ease from planning to installation. Dale Sauna worked hard to ensure minimal disruption was caused during the installation to guests and our daily operation, and the final product was outstanding. The attention to detail has been a huge success to our guests and we couldn’t have been happier.
