Chemical Deliveries
In order to guarantee deliveries before Christmas Eve (weather permitting), please ensure that you place orders by Monday 12th December.
An overnight service is available on orders placed up to and including Monday 19th December, but will be charged accordingly.
Orders required first week of January 2023 should be placed by Monday 12th December.

All Dalesauna stocked Spares, Essences, Test Tablets etc
Last orders to be places by Monday 19th December for delivery before Christmas Eve (weather permitting).

 

Engineer Service Call Outs

For all of our contracted Customers
In an emergency situation, if you require engineering support, please call us on the telephone number provided with your maintenance contact.

For all non Contracted Customers
With a reduced engineering workforce covering the holiday period, we will endeavour to be of assistance, but we will not be able to guarantee our attendance, and your request will be scheduled when we have an Engineer available in the New Year.

 

Office Opening Hours
The office will be closed 26th, 27th & 30th December and 2nd January.
We will be open on the 28th and 29th December with a reduced workforce for the holiday period.

Normal service will resume on Tuesday 3rd January
