Christmas Trading Times 2023
Chemical Deliveries
To guarantee delivery before Christmas orders must be placed by:
Overnight deliveries – 19/12/23
Standard deliveries – 14/12/23
All DaleSauna stocked spares, essences, test tablets etc – Last orders to be placed by 19/12/23 for delivery before Christmas Eve (weather permitting).
Normal service will resume on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
Service Engineer Call Outs
Our Engineers will be off work from Friday 22nd December until Tuesday 2nd January for a well earned break.
During this time, there will be no Engineer availability between Saturday 23rd December and Tuesday 26th December.
Also, no availability between 29th December to 1st January.
For all of our contracted customers
In an emergency situation, if you require engineering support, please call us on the telephone number provided with your maintenance contract.
For all non contracted customers
With a reduced engineering workforce covering the holiday period, we will endeavour to be of assistance, but we will not be able to guarantee our attendance, and your request will be scheduled when we have an engineer available in the New Year.
Office Opening Hours
The office will be closed 25th and 26th December and 1st January.
We will be open on the 27th, 28th and 29th December with a reduced workforce for the holiday period.
Normal service will resume on Tuesday 2nd January.
