Ramsgate Sports Centre

A luxury day spa has opened at Ramsgate Sports Centre in Kent as part of a £4m redevelopment.

Working in partnership with Alliance Leisure and main contractor ISG for the client Your Leisure, DaleSauna created the thermal experiences for the 250sq m spa, which is designed to provide luxury, yet affordable facilities and provide the centre with new income streams.

Measuring approximately 110sq m, the thermal area includes a hydro pool with loungers and a commercial filtration system, a crystal steam room, salt inhalation room, herbal sauna, bucket shower, heated bench and foot spas, mixer showers and a heated relaxation bench.

DaleSauna also built the internal walls and tiled all the walls and floors in the spa area. Other facilities include a relaxation room and four treatment rooms.
