When health clubs and spa’s are striving to retain members, the smallest annoyance can lead to dissatisfaction and cancelled memberships, and probably the most annoying sign to be seen on equipment is “OUT OF ORDER”. Dalesauna recognise this and have increased our Engineers in the field to allow all operators the opportunity of Planned Maintenance for saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools and spa’s.  Our standard service is listed below but other options may be available subject to discussion with our service desk.

Dalesauna’s fully qualified electrical engineers will carry out thorough checks to ensure that any potential problems are identified and rectified before they become critical.

 

Dalesauna Service

12 month contracts incorporating 2 service visits per year.

Telephone support for calls 09.00 to 17.00 hrs Mon-Fri.

Two working day response for week day call outs received Mon to Thurs by 15.00 hrs at reduced rates.

No hidden surcharges for call out or travelling time.

Discount on all Dalesauna parts of 20% against list price.
