Balmer Lawn Hotel & Spa

I just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with the delivery of our fabulous new spa facilities including the sauna, steam room, ice room and monsoon showers. Both the team from Dale Sauna (led by Andy) and our in-house team led by Gary have worked tirelessly and with mutual respect and understanding on both sides. All the staff from Dale Sauna have be great to deal with a credit to the company.

From the initial contact with Dean, then Jeremy and further down the line Lynn, we have felt guided on our journey as the team listened to our initial ideas to the eventual delivery.
